Wind picking up here north of Houston. Gusts to about 20, which doesn’t seem like much but, it is.
Winds now sustained at 20 and out of the east.
If there’s fires anywhere in the vicinity, this is not good.

It is still 90 degrees as of this posting where I live.
It sounds miserably humid there as well.
It seems that Texas is the new entry point for the atmospheric river headed north to collect up some smoke.

According to the weather report, we are about to get cool, even very cold, weather in England, Denmark, possibly northern France and Germany. All the while France is warning people to take emergency measures because, Global Boiling.
