Looks like Fiona was just a test run for Ian. Maybe somebody’s testing a new technology? My own speculation.

@bluenose Yeah, date, location, Governor #1 all very convenient; then, give Rebels a bit more… Crazy, bad hit from rival gang!
I’ve seen it happen a couple of times since 1970.
