Notice the caveat I included? Mass media has never been the same after 2013. I remember when the newz (sic) included the five W’s of journalism and had to have at least two confirmed sources. Just the facts, news reports did not have opinions as part of the investigation. Now propaganda is our main source of newz. Not much different when people in Moscow would walk their dogs at 5pm to discuss with each other what was happening for real since Pravda was known as nothing but a propaganda rag.
Now the newz is by anonymous sources who may or may not be real or telling the truth, snippets of information with no context etc.
The internet is getting like that too.
