This is very interesting indeed. On many levels. Kabbalah is high level stuff. A superficial reading isn’t going to peel back the onion. It truly is a book on higher forces, vibration, numbers, world influences, astrology and kind of a manual on how creation works. I guess you could misuse it. That’s the accusation against Masons and the global elite.
What we can confirm is that Marla Maples did give the interview and she did say these things. All available for check out.
… Yes, I guess one could “misuse it” (whatever that means, how one “uses” such a text is worthy of some unpacking). What might be worse would be to attempt to “use it” without being able to understand and interpret it or “use it” based upon the advice of others who claim to have such “text use knowledge” without being able to ascertain for oneself whether or not those offering advice on its “use” understand and are capable of interpreting the text.
Are we to believe that Trump, or anyone in his known inner circle, is in a position to interpret such a text? Has he studied these texts? If so, with who? I was unaware that Trump kept Kosher. If I remember correctly Kabbalah scholars are required to keep Kosher.
I think from now on we should ask any aspiring presidential candidates what texts they keep close to their hearts. 
Remember Trump did once read a passage from TWO Corinthians. Given he had that particular difficulty with a “Christian” text … not so sure about him being particularly Kabbalah Savvy. Hey, you know, now that I think about it that would be another great question for upcoming presidential aspirants … Are you Kabbalah Savvy?

According to the interview, Trump and his family visited the city in Israel, Tzat, the birth place of Jewish Mysticism. That doesn’t tell us anything if he was just checking it out or he studied with some rabbi.
I don’t think the kabbala has any relationship to food laws. That comes from the bible. The article kind of mixes things because the author didn’t know any better. He’s carrying around an Aramaic portion of the bible which people who are into Jewish Mysticism read. Not clear if he is actually carrying the Zohar.
The person interviewing her would have needed to understand enough to ask deeper questions.
The Hebrew Alpha-Bet might have originally been a numerical system that eventually became a language. That means, every letter has a value.
Numbers are considered forces in the universe. This is not unique to Jewish mysticism. Carol Jung and physicists Wolfgang Pauli did a deep dive into this subject. They are symbolic, they have meaning, and they are unseen forces that effect destiny. Nothing more, but nothing less.
At a superficial level, which I am sure millions get to that level, they see a number, and they say, oh how lucky am I? That means I have a guardian angel visiting me. On a different level, you might be aware of things that many aren’t and you can use that to your advantage. That doesn’t make it bad.
Kind of like a gardener knows when to plant the seed or a fisherman knows the tides. You might be able to swing things to your advantage with this knoweldge.
There is also a great risk of misinterpreting these things in a superstitious type of way.
The speculation that Trump knew and used astrology was put out many years ago. Especially the first term when he’d post items in a very timely fashion before the market would turn.
We might have someone in office that is using mysticism in the same way Ronald and Nancy used astrology which an entire book was written on how they used it.
