For some reason some of my reading has drifted into Czechoslovakia’s political history. Amazing what those in that country have been through over time. From Nazism to Communism, the totalitarian state seems their fate. One smart philosophy professor determined voting and protesting would not work against a totalitarian government and advocated the populace create of a parallel society back in 1978…
… Yes, interesting ideas expressed by Benda. A very brave guy in his time and an example for us all. One thing that needs to be worked out though is how the Parallel Polis can be built and sustained as a “group” of individuals. The kind of resistance that is necessary at this time, and will become more necessary as time goes on, requires that there can be no “organized” resistance in the sense of a formal “organization”. This kind of organized resistance must be done quietly one individual at a time. At this time the dwindling power base that “our people / our tribe” is experiencing will be met and managed by already existing, much better organized various “Identity” organizations. At this point in time “we” can (and are) be managed by powerful individual “identity” groups or coalitions of already established, well entrenched, well funded Identity groups that are and will be opposed to “our” resistance. Before any resistance can be mounted we must, as other groups have done, create a strong sense of White Identity to serve as a base from which individuals can resist.
The irony of black being the presence of all colors and white being the absence of color… light can be colored but it’s still “white” and allows us to see the “dark”.
