Examined this guy many years ago. Another fellow Ufologist also testified to witnessing a UFO ‘rising up from the sea [off the coast of Vietnam] during the USA war in the 1960’s. In my analysis there are 2, or 3 possible explanations: 1] aliens do exist, 2] this is evidence of some sort of hidden’ human technology, or [3] a combination of #1 and #2 in a sort of ‘mutual’ relationship.
These folks could have vivid imaginations, and are able to tell convincing ‘stories’, or they just simply have ‘bad-luck’ since they never seem to obtain convincing evidence such a video of what they claim to have witnessed. It is if they’ve never heard of bodycams or never carry a functional video camera ready to record stuff.
