From other info. I’ve gathered:

Released approx. 5pm CDT.
This is US Troop deployment, not NATO deployment.
Only 450 Ready Reserves, the rest are regulars.
These are not relief troops, these are additional troops.
Germany adding 4000 troops.
Likely to be deployed along Baltic States.
More EAM sent in last 24 hours since 911.

EAMs have been sent daily for over a year but these are over 140 characters long and already gave the comparison since 911.
