UVDL’s other outstanding issues Von der Leyen and the Commission have been found to have breached transparency obligations surrounding the handling of appointments within the Commission, and there have been findings of continuous failure to maintain proper record-keeping, while she has also been found to have breached ethical standards surrounding a trip to the holiday home of the Greek Prime Minister.
When does this, at best gross incompetence and at worst corruption, finally cease and is the EU as structured even fit for purpose any longer?
