Ursula, Ursula Ursula what are you doing?

Leave to oine side the whole issues of democracy and freedom of speech. Our beloved “European Values” EU President and EU Commission can add yet another major investigation into issues of criminality at the top. Criminal investigation latest is 1. Real estate sell off criminal investigation by Belgian police. https://europeanconservative.com/…/police-raid-eu…/; on top of the following allegations and investigations.
2. UVDL Pfizergate breach of procurement procedures and deletion of contractual documentation and agreements off her Whatsapp account on which negotiations and approvals were conducted. https://europeanconservative.com/…/pfizergate-von-der…/; 3. UVDL setting up new New Restrictive Rules on Access to Documents (Pending General Court Challenges).
4. Withdrawal of the Standard Essential Patents (SEP) Regulation (Pending Lawsuit by MEP Tiemo Wölken)German MEP Tiemo Wölken is suing in the General Court for access to emails and texts between von der Leyen, her cabinet, and staff about the abrupt retraction of an EU tech law on patents (which could have benefited EU firms but was scrapped after a meeting with U.S. officials).

  1. Lack of Disclosure on Defence Industry Contacts (Lawsuit by MEP Fabio De Masi, Filed January 2026)MEP Fabio De Masi (BSW) filed a lawsuit in the General Court accusing the Commission of incomplete responses to a parliamentary inquiry about von der Leyen’s and her team’s meetings, calls, emails, and texts with arms manufacturers since mid-2024 AKA Pfizergate 2.0

  2. Maladministration in “Better Regulation” and Simplification Processes (Ombudsman Findings, November 2025)The Ombudsman ruled the Commission committed maladministration in fast-tracking legislative changes (e.g., “Omnibus I” on sustainability rules, agriculture, and migration) without proper impact assessments, stakeholder consultations, or evidence-based justification.

  3. Transparency in Digital Services Act (DSA) Enforcement (Ongoing Ombudsman Investigation)The Ombudsman is examining the Commission’s refusal to release exchanges with tech firms (e.g., TikTok) under the DSA, including during elections, citing insufficient public interest assessments.

  4. Qatargate https://europeanconservative.com/…/eu-fires-official…/;

9.Money laundering https://europeanconservative.com/…/reynders-money…/

  1. Moroccogate https://www.forbes.com/…/moroccogate-corruption-and…/

  2. Fraud involving training of EU official https://www.theguardian.com/…/former-eu-top-diplomat…

  3. UVDL’s other outstanding issues Von der Leyen and the Commission have been found to have breached transparency obligations surrounding the handling of appointments within the Commission, and there have been findings of continuous failure to maintain proper record-keeping, while she has also been found to have breached ethical standards surrounding a trip to the holiday home of the Greek Prime Minister.

When does this, at best gross incompetence and at worst corruption, finally cease and is the EU as structured even fit for purpose any longer?

Thinking that may already be happening, given the incompetence of the Commission. Would not be shocked to learn that 80 to 90 per cent of analysis, decisionmaking and drafting of retgulations is AI created by now.

… it will cease only when “the bodies hit the floor” and no one is willing to step in to take their place. Not before.
