If one could actually know who was behind the Ransomware, my bet would be on the NWO.
But there is a pattern observed on 9/11; the piggyback on Deep State black ops, as the Nazis did[IMO].
So, as these Deep State inside jobs apply there black ops; lookout for “others” taking over said op.
These type of “settings” - black/ops/doors - are apt to become exponentially squared and cubed, as more players are “gifted” CODE. That’s the digital world “setting” that has been ordered by TPTB.
And, if truth be known, there are players outside Earthlings in these operations.
So, there are inhumans, and then there are inhumans.
