This reminds me of those reports 5 or 7 years ago about some teenager discovering a method to buld house sized small nuclear reactors: a Bill Gates/Jeff Bezos fractured fairy tale.
How long have they been manufacturing nuclear subs again?

Look up ITER, they have been working on this nonsense for halve a century and haven’t made a breakthrough except breaking their budget.
Every now and then they make grandiose announcements but nothing ever comes of it. Does that sound familiar? it should, that is the same mo NASA is running on for decades.
