The 5th and 6th circuit appellate courts have lifted stays on Fed mandates with regard to health care and OSHA - employers with over 100 employees.
Now it goes to the US Supreme Court. Please pray the nine Supremes strike the mandates and limit the Fed’s powers under the U. S. Constitution that, by the way, do not include making our healthcare decisions.
One wonders, if the shot is really about healthcare or moreover about changing our DNA toward trans humanism. If it is the later, then perhaps we should to looking to 13th Amendments with regard to Slavery. Hmmm. Just saying…
