My 5 cents.
I have a hard time thinking “energetic hygiene” comes in a syringe. I think health comes thru wisdom and interactions with nature. I was astounded to read so much of health in Robert Temple’s book A new science of Heaven. You can certainly boost it, but I think it needs a personal component too.
