I strongly recommend looking into Dr. Jerry Tennant’s research

It is based on the idea that your body is a battery and that there are many factors, including age, that cause it to “run down”. By increasing its electrical charge, your body is capable of cell regeneration and increased ability to deal with this toxic environment.

Get yourself a high quality pair of speaks, sit between them, and listen to the oldest Orthodox Gregorian chanting you can find, while engaging the Wim Hof method of blood oxygenation.

That also sounds like great healing ‘tech’.

Human electric engines called mitochondria, are responsible for most bio-electro-chemical reactions in our bodies. You fix your mitochondria, you fix most of the illness.

Healing properties of Georgian chanting were well discribed by dr. Tomatis, French ENT, doctor who first dicovered almost by accident their effect on human bodies.
He was called to help by befriended abbot of one of the monasteries, shortly after reforms of Vatican II, when monks were allowed to loosen up their strict daily routine, that included Georgian chanting five times a day, including one in the middle of the night.
They reduced chanting to 1-2 times a day. Within a weeks all without exeption fell to various illnesses. He was perplexed, since he could find any causative factors for their illnesses. Only change, was new schedule. He finally had ordered them to go back to previous rhythm of the day and voila, all illnesses disappeared.

Monks of Solesmes are my favourite. One more thing, Plain chant with their special overtones are best listen live or analogue. Mp3 is least beneficial.

Good speakers can make a big difference, also the acoustics of a space are important.
