… so what is to be done with these “subversive minorities”? Jung’s quote indicates that they can be recognized as such and that they are armed. So what would reason suggest we do?

T’was reason that got us here…
… sorry, I’m not buying that argument. It was various and sundry forms of unreason and irrationalism that brought us to this point.
I think I meant being ‘Reasonable’ with unreasonable people… Certain chaotic elements rely on the civility of a rational populace in order to gradually Invert everything… Their sheer Incredulity at what is unfolding allows the situation to manifest…
… unfortunately one can not be reasonable with the unreasonable nor will the unreasonable listen to reason.
