There are tons of videos here of what this guy terms as plasma fires. I suggest turning down the volume and just look at what he is documenting on his travels.
Most of these do not seem to be targeted like so many of the strange fires we have seen. These seem random, out of place.

Hello and thank you for the warm welcome. Can anyone explain what is happening with these weird out of place fires?
Field effects of a saturated, ionized environment? What are the mechanisms here? What this guy has documented is global.
What sort of electricity can be used to douse these weird out of place fires? Water does not work. Do we need to carry electric fire hoses? What kind of device would squelch what is happening here?
