About the NeuroStrike, if the CCP has it, The USA has it too.
My question is which one used it on Pence and what’s-his-name? “That’s not my concern.”
They really want to get rid of Putin…Baaaad!

Both sides have these technologies and have been using them for years now if not decades.

US have been using them on its own citizens. There are a number of whistleblowers who can testify about that fact.

At the 18 minute time Binney recalls the German Stasi, the SS, and reminds us to delve into the medical experiments that were done on people at that time. The German military finally surrendered, twice in fact, but the real perps in the government, and many in the German High Command escaped via the ‘Rat Lines’, and other means as well. Dr Farrell has written books on that as has Peter Lavenda, and the point is this: many of the scientists, doctors, engineers, and others were more or less integrated into both Britian, America and some escaped to Spain, Argentina, Chile, Indonesia and other places. Peter Lavenda wrote a book on a German compound named Colonia Dignidad located in a very secluded mountainous region of Chile, and very close to the border of Argentina.

Thank you for sharing this video. I also “sense” (not sure to what extent the “ears” are involved) very low and high frequencies, but most people with whom I talk, including my spouse, can’t pick up on them. It makes me wonder: Are these frequencies being blanketted on everyone (and it’s just that peoples’ senses don’t engage for one reason or another), or have a portion of the population been selected to be experimental subjects and then directly targetted.

The attached interview with Professor Warner on Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) totally aligns with your statement that “the plan is for one big digital gulag.” The video includes two brief clips of Augustin Carstens of the Bank of International Statements (BIS) making it very clear that the goal is for one central bank to have full control over all transactions. Regulations will sett out allowable usage. Technology will enable effective enforcement.
Professor Werner reveals that the technology to implement CBDC’s including the implantable chip has been ready since 2015. Werner feels that they are hesitating due to the need to resolve some technical problems and that they need to create more crises which they will use as a justification to gain complete control. Werner makes comparisons to the former Soviet Union in that currency (and property) will not be “ours” and that it will be conditional. We will need permits for everything, there will be no real right to appeal and the central bankers will have “utter absolute control”. I learned a lot from this video which ends with recommendations of actions to take. I have just skimmed the surface with respect to details covered in the interview.

This weapon is one reason why I believe that human soldiers, like the immigrants, do not need to be armed to come against us. They have drones, frequency weapons and a whole array of things they can use…but they need actual humans to do the labor for the USMCA/BRI. Otherwise, pfft…
