WAS PUTIN PROPHESIED IN THE BIBLE TO INVADE UKRAINE TO INITIATE THE END TIMES?

We recently came across a very interesting bible verse that given the present situation in Eastern Europe, has to make any prophecy watcher wonder if the words were perhaps written for a time like now: “But I have stirred up a leader who will approach from the north. From the east he will call on my name. I will give him victory over kings and princes. He will trample them as a potter treads on clay” (Isaiah 41:25 NLT). This passage is referring to King Cyrus who ultimately allows Israel to return to their land and rebuild, but as always with the prophets of old, there is often times a future prophecy built into the same words. We find it quite interesting that there is now one from the north , (Russia), who from the east calls on God’s name, (Eastern Orthodoxy), and will be given victory over kings, (taking over Ukraine and perhaps other nations such as Moldova). If this be a prophecy for our time, why would God allow this to happen?
