Overall impression from about an hour or so of that I listened to, seemed like some media reports of agents forcibly installing new meters were exaggerated. If customer fails to respond to utility company after twenty four attempts to contact them, they’ll request a warrant to get a locksmith to enter house and install meter.
You could be right they’ll try to do this with water too, maybe air will be next.
Paying in advance for things when possible seems like the way to go to avoid being in debt.
