Whatâs the ole saying âContracts are made to be broken.â?
Contracts define the corporation. I quit that gig, thank you.
Is there reason to believe a new one would be respected any more than the old one was? For that matter, what exactly was wrong with the old one, aside from the fact that it wasnât respected?
I sure donât want no stinkinâ social contract that contemporary America might dream up . . . Iâll take the 18th-century version first.
A contract requires two voluntary signatories. I never signed or agreed to anything. I live within the existing laws because my only other choice is to be a âcriminalâ. So there never was any âsocial contract.â
Actually, when you fill out your 1040 form for the IRS, you have signed a contract with them to voluntarily pay taxes. They make out the form and you sign the contract.
And if you donât sign, they will fine you, and if you donât pay the fine, they will put you into jail. Ultimately, thatâs signing at the point of a gun.
To quote John Adams:
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
What people often fail to understand is this: The above had no bearing on whether we were âbelieversâ or not. It was the waters in which we all swam.
The Constitution was the social contract formalized in words for an American people by and large worthy of its promise. And capable of defending it. It became, through its people, the beacon of the free world.
But as we can see, the âdemonsâ altered the social contract to honor only those who fall outside its regard. Only now do we begin to comprehend that the People were always the Word, and the paper a secondhand reflection.
Law and politics mean nothing beyond the social contract. Without a return to their former state, the people will surrender or fight to the death to determine who in fact inherits the earth.
As it turns out, not necessarily. You have to know to what you are no longer agreeing.
Sounds good to me! Anything I can do to not pay taxes would be fantastic!
I would start with a Telegram channel called âOpting OUT of U.S. income taxâ. Education. education. education. There are many ways to become a free man or woman.
How is a Telegram channel better than this forum? I havenât used Telegram before so I donât know what value it will bring.
Do you have any links you can post (as time permits of course)?
Thanks!
