match this with a whole array of acoustic, laser, and kinetic weaponry. put the drone on the robot, and (we’)ll have iron-man style synthetic suits applying the most lethal movements, or using 4 whirring blades as General Grievous in Star Wars. Think about these

think of 50000 stormtroopers flying, killing, spreading straight from the plant. each carrying a 20-50 cache of little swarmdrones, which can be thrown into the air and spreads on territory transducing every possible data from every frequency etcetc. drone-clone wars. just think a few thousand. and they can be readily deployed, no faults of flesh or fancy.
