We have truly begun the circling of the drain ... imagine BlackRock is your utility provider

Hope you’ve all enjoyed water and electricity … Soon to be a distant memory.

Conditioned air for me but none for thee…

It was fun while it lasted. At least we may get Thunderdome out of it… Circuses with a chance of bread.

We’re heading in the same general direction here in Kanadastan. Agenda 2030 is on full display now. (Energy) “diversity is our friend”. Where have we heard that before. Our local grid will be run by a non-profit who will bear responsibility for the infrastructure at taxpayers’ expense.

… next public meeting (if there is one) ask the following.question(s): What is your Plan B? What are you / we going to do if it turns out that you either do not know how to run a utility or you intentionally let the utility become non-functional?

The peoples Plan B is to take over the nearest Data Center and use their power. We all know that no matter what happens The Data Centers will have power and water. Think Mad Max but instead of refineries …

Methinks you might be giving the mob too much credit in the brain box. They’re typically reactive rather than proactive… Perhaps if one was to follow Pied Pipers example and train themselves to play the flute…There’s going to be lots of cats to herd when the that time comes and that skill might come in handy.

“Rome is the mob… Conjure magic for them and they’ll be distracted. Take away their freedom and still they’ll roar…”

An eventuality they are sure to be expecting and have prepared for…Probably already have the footage reels made up to blame faction X or Y, etc. Perhaps they’ll use it as an excuse to take over large swaths of land around the data centers for increased security (Area 51 ish) Land that had belonged to holdouts etc. Hell, they’ll probably lead the attack themselves by infiltrating the movement and installing Soros-esque instigators.

“Two men enter…One identifies as a woman”… We truly have already lost.

Hospital grids and data center grids will be top priority when power gets rationed. In the post apocalypse likely will be shantytowns huddled around them with New Delhi style amateur scabbed onto distribution wire power hookups.

… I do not think the hospitals you are thinking of will be on the power list. Members of the PTB will have private facilities. To power the hospitals you are thinking of would not be in their interest. Wy would they want to keep any but them and theirs alive?

But you do make a good point … we should all have a family member who is a licensed electrician.

Licensed, unlicensed…just as long as they have a teacher’s certification… That’s what’s most
important.

Better do something about it now folks. You know, while the lights remain on…So you’ll still be able to see the writing on the wall.

… Yep, Prepare accordingly.

Apocalypse is a slippery slope. Like trying to walk across a talus slope. One can never know how far down the slope things (you) will slide. Maybe a couple of steps, maybe down to near the bottom. Best to prepare for the bottom and hope for just a few steps. A friend asked once ‘I don’t know what to prepare for.’ My reply…‘you have to prepare for everything’.

Here in N Texas a few years ago we had a very unusual negative 5 degree F cold snap for 3 days. My hospital grid reference comes from that experience. Some were out of power for 5-6 days. The apartments and buildings near to the hospitals never lost power.

Or perhaps, each family should have a Bubba instead.

Hate to say it…

Dark future.
As Gibson said: The future is here; it’s just not evenly distributed.
Of course, that future was vastly different; in context with his writings.
The reality; however, may be just perfectly pictured - in your post above.

May I like his post indirectly here, please?

You would? And would I get to pick? I mean, with so many candidates it would be difficult to compile even a short list… Oh, wait…was that just a figure of speech? Nuts…

Well, you can still have the hoodie

I’ll message…

Thanks for the short, BUT dark link!

Wish and pray for a pot of golden sources at the end of the invisible rainbow rather than a black rock of centralized control. I hope the right folks get awakened in Minnesota and take action to limit corporate power.
