Space is always trying to kill you.
It’s dangerous.
Of course, living on Planet Lab Rats, has become more dngerous; as more experiments go live. Presumably, those “volunteering” for the Mar’s laboratory simulation; will be paid better, than their Erath bound counterpart lab rats.
I mean it’s obvious who lost the class war, as work now is kind of like a POW camp. You did what you had to do to survive, jumped and saluted, laughed at the commandant’s jokes and pledged allegiance, but in your heart you remained an enemy and kept up the struggle with what few weapons remained at your disposal; complaining, loafing, petty theft[NOT Martian acceptable lab behaviors; better pay?]
On Planet Lab Rats, they can spend it - after the year.
On Mars?

… not Lab Rats … Actors … Psssstt … I heard a rumor that casting has begun for Capricorn Two

'He (Peter Hyams - writer and director of Capricorn One) later reflected regarding the [Apollo 11] Moon landing, “There was one event of really enormous importance that had almost no witnesses. And the only verification we have … came from a TV camera.”

… Now we can’t even get off of the ground.

I am SO looking forward to the day when all this nonsense stops.

… it would appear that the only thing that has been “delivered” (play on the word deliverables) is the ability to produce great explosions in the shape of a rocket.
