Weather Control Outed

I know they know and you know they know how to do it.
But J.Q Public didn’t know til now. Originally found at MSN dot the com and followed to source.

NPG - Control simulation experiment with Lorenz’s butterfly attractor (copernicus.org)

I was looking for dates, the earliest I saw was 1963 with Lorenz’ Butterfly Effect theory.

It’s difficult to determine from this paper when the actual experimentation began and if they were laboratory or field (actual) experiments.

Does anyone know off hand when modern weather modification actually began?

I know that when people have discussed this in the past, they have gone back to a statement made by Lyndon Johnson that we now have control of the weather. Here is an article referencing that speech. 1971?

Well, I’ll be following Jim Lee’s work now! Thank you!

If you look under the tabs at the top the date of the article is 28 MAR 2022. This is a new report.

I did see that it was a new report. I was curious as to the beginning of the actual use of weather mods in modern times suspecting that it was not long after Lorenz’s publication. But as with everything we are officially told, it could’ve gone back even further.

Thanks for posting the recent article and as you say,
“I know they know and you know they know how to do it.”

From the link justa sent:

Operation Popeye first came to public light in March 1971, when reporter Jack Anderson published a story [4] based on a secret 1967 memo [5] from the Joint Chiefs of Staff to President Johnson. The memo read:

ACTIONS: “LAOS OPERATIONS – Continue as at present plus Operation POP EYE to reduce the trafficability along infiltration routes” & AUTHORITIES/POLICY CHANGE: “Authorization required to implement operational phase of weather modification process previously successfully tested and evaluated in same area”.
