Well... bruno, sister, and nieces

Well I had fun last weekend goofing off with my sister and nieces (and Bruno… butchering some Mancini and Mendelssohn for them while they were talking and taking vids. I tried posting them here but couldn’t figure that out, so if you want to see them, Shiloh, and listen to mangled Mancini and Mendelssohn, then check out the Facebook page.) lol… I completely forget the Mancini about half way through when Jackie (my sister) piped up that I was playing the Pink Panther, which made me think of the Pink Panther, and not the Baby Elephant Walk. Ah the wonders of neurolinguistic programming. lol.

Good view of Bruno. Guess the display monitors on either side are for the settings?

Now I’m humming the elephant walk…

The displays are the stop jambs on each instrument that would normally be to the left and right of the organist.

The Phantom!

Great job Joseph. Reminds me of ‘church music’ when I was growing up (Catholic). Very solemn and soothing.

You probably mentioned this before, but is that a Hammond Organ?

No… certainly not. It is more sophisticated than a Hammond. It is a virtual pipe organ, where each stop is digitally mastered.

Oh I see. Nice to have the virtual pipes then I’m sure.

He he brilliant family interactions. Glad you enjoyed so much. Siblings eh?

I really liked the video of you playing the virtual organ; it’s really a cool device and very nice it was able to be put together for you. The playing is not bad either!
