Frankly, if the current crop of foundling idiots who refer to themselves as “physicians” never procreate, or draw another breath, we are better off for it.
Most of these hubristic psychopaths need to be imprisoned, or have a date with destiny at the gallows.

There is too much Ego involved with anyone in any kind of popularly elected positions to be “genuine”. Was your high school class president a good person? I mean of course you had to know them well to be sure, their facade is always the perfectly crafted person, at least that’s the 1000 ft view from the general populace.
