Their Breakaway Civilization had already got the goods on the Americas.
So, is Musk part of that group; that’s been there, done that?
Mars may have already been primed; by the Venetians of “our” time.

To paraphrase George Takei, “Oh my, where does one even begin?” First, if the pictures and interpretations are accurate how about sending a rover to check the situation out? Before spending the equivalent of the missing trillions in an attempt to put men (Oops sorry, some gender representation of what currently represents humanity) on Mars a rover expedition would seem a much more rational, and much less costly first step.
Er … ah … (clears throat) … may I also humbly remind readers that we still have 2 stranded astronauts, are unable to get out of low Earth orbit, a few days ago covered a small island in space debris, and still haven’t been able to send a return mission to the Moon. … and he wants to go to Mars? Puhleese …
I think that this might be the perfect occasion to turn off the spigot that is serving to reinforce Musk’s activity based on The Gambler’s Fallacy. Maybe we should all work on our own lives and stop living vicariously through Musk (or Trump or insert your favorite name here) via this ugly co-dependency.

Lol, whatever that structure was, it’s been clearly blasted away down to is foundations, and then buried by flood waters, only to be re-exposed from wind erosion over time.
In the 90’s i had an a assistant who brought in the Richard Hoglan, Cydonia, 19.5 Degrees Face on Mars VHS tape. She left it in my in box on her way out the door, never having said anything about it prior. I was curious took it home and watched and was blown away. One of my first awakenings.

I have been maintaining that Musk pivot to ancient Rome several years ago, and yearly trips to Rome and Venice always had to do with trying to collect more info including ancient maps of Mars (not everything got burned in Alexandria) Question is who has it: Vatican library or Venice Doge Palace.
Musk father was looking for emeralds in Africa. Elon maybe looking for them on Mars

I humbly disagree.
Mr musk is the pope of the military industrial complex (imo). First among equals of the military industrial front bosses. I doubt he will go past revealing the chemical rockets in my life time, possibly he will reveal it in his transhuman extended lifetime
