Good interview and weighting towards a long standing (prehuman) high civilisation contact, makes more sense given the vicissitudes to physical travel in space to here. There may well be inter dimensional / time bending visitors. But there is increasing evidence for a legacy high civilisation also being extant. It would make sense that they would remain out of sight and unobtrusive, particularly if they had survived a previous Cosmic War in this neck of the woods.
