What an Odd Thing for a Tech Oligarch Backing Trump to Say?

“I don’t want Antichrist [one world government], I don’t want Armageddon [runaway science and technology]; I would like to find some narrow path between these two where we can avoid both.”

-Peter Thiel

I see a man that hardly can string sentences together and probably mathematically brilliant which aided and served him well in his technological endeavors. Maybe, he realises that to great degree his ingenuity has been used to further agenda’s at the expence of his soul.

Basically, it is the interviewer that is holding this interview together and act as a translater of what Mr. Thiel is trying to convey. In a sense I find this interview pathetic and worrysome that imbalanced people have been promoted as top scientists. That autistic spectrum is going to cost humanity dearly.

In the end I see a man projecting his fears of responsability and if things go south, its not his fault but the collective.

I see an oligarch wrestling with the transcendent which is quite a long way from where this group has been the last 6000 years.

I couldn’t agree more!!! For some reason, that kind of psychology is vastly overrepresented in Silicon Valley . . . and tends to rise to top positions in science and technology.

As the women engineers, at various prestige engineering schools observed;
when asked about the prospects of finding future husbands in their engineering classes,
" The odds are good, but the goods are odd."

As far as I’m concerned, Peter Thiel is one of ‘them’.
