I think they’re looking for a string of future excuses to declare health “emergencies.”
I also think they’re going to start narrowing this technology down to specific buildings, then to individual houses and apartments, to monitor what foods and pharmaceuticals you ingest – and automatically ding your social credit score and/or your bank account when you don’t follow the rules.
None of which excludes the possibility that they’re looking for something else at the same time.
