Mis-spoke about this, it can take more fuel to cook things because the boiling temperature of water drops with altitude, so water will boil faster with less fuel, but at 15,000 feet elevation boiling water is only 184 degrees fahrenheit/84.5 celsius.
That’s the elevation of Rainier summit I got dizzy and fell asleep there.
