Therefore, since there is nothing that can be changing no change can be occurring.

You make an interesting and profound point. Well then " hate speech “, “Far Right” “Nationalist” “Populist” " Christian” “European” and say “French” cannot logically and legally exist. Since there has to be at least two identities involved for a “hate speech” behaviour or “act” to occur. Ipso facto, if the French, or indeed, European identity does not exist, how can there legally be any “hate speech” and “whateveryourhavingyourselfphobias”?
