What it's like to have aphasia, the 'devastating' language disorder Bruce

Another kovid vaccine reaction? If a Hollywood star can have this happen, then we shouldn’t be surprised if it happened to us. Another case of how to normalize something?

“Now, Patten, 54, struggles to describe what happened after she developed aphasia in 2016 following a sudden brain bleed…”

“Aphasia is usually the result of a stroke, affecting about 30 per cent of stroke survivors. But it can also be caused by a brain tumour, brain injury, and is sometimes an early symptom of dementia.”

I had a thought about how the media is presenting this story.
Many possible stacked functions, 1) make it seem like there is nothing suspicious about lots of people have neurological deficits. You know just a problem with speaking no worries. 2) getting comfortable with the Media being our new healthcare experts. 3) nothing happening here keep moving and don’t ask questions we just told you what you need to know the new normal.
