With all that being said, i think in today, we can go even further with the technocrats and their delusional want/need to control humans. You no longer need to have the tech on your person to track you. It is my supposition that they can do it through your biology itself. New tech, to us modern man, that can read your biology directly, brain waves, vibrational energies, etc etc etc, can be used to track you directly.
