Before reading the article let me make a few guesses as to ‘Who’ among ‘all Americans’ are NOT considered to be potential threats by the in-security state:

Any intel agency, the Bush, Cheney, Biden ‘fam-damn-lies’.
And the highest security risk is that Trump-guy.
