They are creating a Transnational, Transatlantic Factory of armaments industry based upon the USSA military industrial complex standards, software, plans, etc., etc…
With very little input from Euopean Countries & Canada, Except the factories, soldiers, and investment. The USSA provides the proprietary technologies, the cloud, the space-based intelligence, and nuclear monopoly - of course.
There is also a USSA draft in the pipeline.
Private equity, venture captital will also provide funds.
There will be aps for that, and various transnational tax credits. [now at 38:00 clicks in]

Hmmm…as the cost of the migration benefits increases and puts pressure on the social programs for everyone, it will provide the the excuse to reduce benefits for everyone so as to allow “something for everyone”. The decision becomes a financial one, not political.
After all the asylum programs were “humanitarian
