Trust level #1 is required first before new members can send messages, then if you click an avatar icon there is a big blue button with picture of an envelope to send a message.
Trust level #1 requires user to:
- Enter at least 5 topics
- Read at least 30 posts
- Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts
