Very interesting as always with Cliff High.
I’m at 23:12.
Cliff Highes hardware/software has been penetrated by certain elements within the intelligence apparatus.
So his Martin Armstrong like computer model spits out “predictice-control-narratives” in Cliff high vocabulary.
He “KNOWS IT” to be close to truth.
So it’s a controlled prediction via some branch of the DEEP Deep State.
These consciousness black cube devices used to control the observer effect on a massive scale to produce a future reality; which of course, manifests itself into the “NOW” = Present tense.
Starts about 15 minutes in then gets to the black cube at about 20 minutes in…
(interestingly, parts of Cliff High’s consciousness are about what I wrote in my

I always wonder about Clif High like broadcasts/publications, and leave spce in my mind for them being either genuine, distraction from, or preparation of the ground (acceptance/false hope) for, something to come from the global blob. So agree, I tend towards the latter more so, and to some “Event” or “Events” being inbound.
