Nice that he admits it is the President’s responsibility; too bad he doesn’t apply it to the southern border situation.

It’s an utter tragedy!!!
USA has had a large prescence in Africa for years( see for example Camp Lemonniere, US Navy), with expeditionary forces that can be directed to any( desired) hotspot. Most of this under the radar, as CIA etc directs, for example, the General where to go and where to start a “civil” war.
