The choice presented by Kratsios—“technology or debt”—is the ultimate technocratic formulation. It reduces all of human society’s complex political, cultural, and economic problems to a single, solvable engineering equation.

Well at least it’s confirmation that the financial plumbing has been tee-jointed and at the same time pointing to where those missing trillions disappeared. Admission of that would indicate, in my view, that that part is at least true. It would be huge risk to even hint at such a confirmation. But also it’s part of what you have said before Dr Farrell, they have to find some way to introduce the tech, perhaps by even suggest the need for that reason for the sequestration of your taxes. If the second part is true then it suggests the introduction of the technology is designed indicate extent of their power and the potency of their position now. Hinting it is unassailable. And if they want to avoid threat of the rage of the population, that they could now (with all of the space shenanigans going on presently) sell the narrative of the population being under it’s protection and benefits…Hey just like those arguments for the internet of everything including bodies, for our digital gulag and the narrative offered for the advantages of both the transhumanist philosophy, objectives and its “utopia”
