This story is entirely designed to make people angry, and all it took is a little bit of distortion. An omission of a relevant fact here or there, and just like magic, you have click bait.
Firstly, the story has mostly been framed as if this is a new initiative, and the WH deliberately chose Easter Sunday as the “Transgender Day of Visibility”.(whatever that means)
In fact, this year is the 9th “Transgender Day of Visibility”, and it has always been held on March 31st.
Easter Sunday is on Hitler’s birthday next year., FYI.
