If memory serves wasn’t it Hannes Alfvén that stopped his “plasma research” under the suspicion plasma could be “intelligent life”? If humans were to be used as an energy source in any way shape or form I would mount up a defence. Not that I would want to speculate what a “plasmoid war” would look like nor my poor understandings of science.
