I’d say the situation in the Congo is quite messy and a lock down there may help stop some of violence due to its ample resources for a country not allowed to benefit from them.

i found this one, seems to be “same same but different”? 
The PDF report looks like an excellent source to explain the article itself of using conflict over the immense wealth of natural resources to protect corporate investors. Locking down the country due to “mpox” would help stifle warring factions. The spread of the “contagion ruse” to other countries like was done with Covid to squash the multiple protests going on pre-Covid in France and elsewhere. Here in the US with the November elections coming up the emergency declaration would be quite useful in controlling election results and the inevitable protests to follow. And if mandatory vaccinations and draconian protocols are again used, holy smoke…
