My guess: The Trojans (or descendants of Trojans), at least as far as Europe and the West is concerned. When Troy fell, legend says, their descendants made their way eventually to ancient Rome and founded ancient Rome. As well as France (Francius of Troy and don’t forget that “Paris” was named after a Trojan.) Britain (Brutus of Troy), and Germany (Priam of Troy was said to have founded some of the proto Germanic tribes.). But the Roman Trojan descendant families particularly the Julio Claudian lines eventually made their way to Venice after Rome fell. Where they set up the Venetian Oligarchy that ruled and swayed influence through maritime power, banking, and finance for about 800 years. Then they made their way to Amsterdam and then infiltrated England in the 1600’s. And set up the British Empire. Which became the Anglo American Empire which became The West, Davos, etc etc.
I’m not ruling out some even higher, offworld “alien” or “interdimensional entity” possession/influence/control, however. I mean, aleister crowley DID channel a being that looks amazingly like a typical “Gray Alien.” And Scientologists DO talk about “soul cracking” at levels above clear, into the OT levels. And British lodges and secret societies surrounding Anne Besant and the Theosophical branches do talk about lodges in heaven, offworld lodges, etc.
But, as far as the physical, earth plane humans…Descendants of Troy. That’s my bet.
So…who are the Trojans? Well Troy’s real name appears to be Wilusa, of Western Anatolia, and they appeared to be a satellite of the Hittite Empire. For what its worth.

Virgil’s Aeneid immortalizes the Persian/Roman connection…And many of the Germanic tribes migrated to Italy…But I can’t stop thinking about the Scythians here, too. Because Herodotus (for all his anecdotal shortcomings) gushes about them, despite their nastier, rather ‘alien’, habits. These red-haired and blue-eyed aggressive, cannibalistic warriors seem to embody a new or another version of alien intelligence, or A. I.than was previously installed in earthling humans…maybe.
