Who will be the next Pope? Here are some of the names

Pope Francis health seems to be improving, wishing him a prompt recovery. The Roman Church has 252 cardinals with 138 of them eligible to vote for a new pope. From the 138 cardinals, 110 were elected by Pope Francis. Twenty three cardinals were elected by Pope Benedict XVI and the remaining five by John Paul II. Meaning that is safe to say, the majority of them are progressives and a minority of cardinals are traditional. That give us a good idea of the people who are going to be leading the vote. We have a majority close to Pope Francis and a minority that is not close to him.

Here are some of the more traditional candidates:

 • Cardinal Raymond Burk is the best positioned among the traditionalists. He is 72 years old and has been very critical of Pope Francis, defends the traditional mass and wants the church to be stable in tradition.

 • Cardinal Wim Eijk is 71 years old and also very critical of Pope Francis. He has said things that sometimes gives me goosebumps. His vision is that the church cannot adapt to the times that is the other way around. In my opinion, he is also an intellectual powerhouse.

 • Cardinal PĂ©ter ErdĹ‘ from Hungary. He would be my candidate of choice. ErdĹ‘ is 72 years old, lived under communism and his father was a renowned jurist that could not practice his profession because he was religious. His mother was a teacher that could not work because she was also religious. ErdĹ‘ have a doctorate in law and is a jurist, a very communicative person. He is cultured, educated, has character and charisma. ErdĹ‘ was able to make Pope Francis and Viktor Orbán talk with each other, these two didn’t get along and he made this possible. He also has the idea of getting closer with the Orthodox world for the creation of a more unified Europe. Given his background, life experiences, I very strongly think, he would be my top pick.

 • Cardinal Peter Turkson is close to Pope Francis but he is much less progressive. He could be a consensus figure and the African Roman Church is very potent. He is 76 years old, I think he is to old.

Here are some of the more Progressive candidates:

 • Cardinal Pietro Parolin is 70 years old and is the Secretary of State of the Vatican. He is one of the most progressive cardinals and is very close to Pope Francis. I don’t think he will be Pope many of his opinions have created controversy.

 • Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle is 67 years old and was born in the Philippines. He is very close to Pope Francis and is a very recognized figure. He is known for his work with the poor and charity. The Roman Church is also thinking about all the Catholics that live in China. Tagle represents that Christian Asian world that is also very strong.

 • Cardinal Matteo Maria Zuppi is possibly the next pope. Personally is my least favorite of all the candidates, but I think is the person with the most votes to become the next Pope. He is 69 years old, president of the Italian Episcopal Conference and one of Pope Francis favorites. He is not an exact copy of Pope Francis but very similar. He is very close to the political left in Italy and doesn’t hide it. In the geopolitical scenario this could be a handicap for Zuppi.

Those are more or less the names that are out there folks.

Would it be safe to assume your hoping for a Spanish pope Kenny?

Spain has five cardinals and they are way to old. In my opinion, Cardinal Péter Erdő from Hungary would be my choice.

Tom Horn: Petrus Romanus Will Soon Supersede Pope Francis

Petrus Romanus Will Soon Supersede Pope Francis TomPetrus

In the 6-minute video, author Tom Horn explains why Pope Francis might not be the one who fulfills St. Malachy’s 878-year-old prophecy, which foretold specific details of each of the final 112 Popes, concluding with Petrus Romanus, which means Peter the Roman, who will be serving as Pope when Rome is destroyed and God judges His people. Malachy wrote the following prophecy about the 112th Pope. “In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church, there will sit Peter the Roman, who will pasture his sheep in many tribulations, and when these things are finished, the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the dreadful judge will judge his people. The End.” In 2011, Tom Horn accurately predicted the 2012 resignation of Pope Benedict XVI, the 265th Pope. Pope Francis replaced him, taking office on March 13, 2013. Everyone agrees Pope Benedict XVI was the 111th Pope since Malachy’s prophecy. So, Pope Francis appears to be the 112th, the one who must fulfill the prophecy. However, Tom Horn believes Pope Francis is not the one.

LAST DAYS of POPE FRANCIS?

Next and Final Pope?

Cardinal Secretary of State, is Pietro Parolin {The False Prophet?}

Petrus Romanus Will Soon Supersede Pope Francis Th?id=ODL

I was under the impression that the prophecy of St. Malachy’s was a bit of a red herring. The prophecy was super accurate with all the description of the pope who came before the writing, but was no where near close to describing any of the popes that came after the writing.

Am i misguided here? Is the Malachy prophecy more detailed than i’ve been led to believe?

suspicious mind here.
what number of popes up till now have truly/likely been servants of one mafia/power/idea quite apart from their cover/belief in Catholicism?
and what number of the possible candidates could also the same be said?

[not a catholic here, my wife is - i’m not attempting to bludgeon any party or point, just that power/spies/infiltration for purposes is a LONG honed skill by many groups - Vatican wields massive power - of course it’s been tried many many times. how many times successfully and to whose ends?]

… just another “moving of the goal post” … common tactic among the purveyors of prophecy.

Tom Horn wrote this amazing book. Good read.

For more than 800 years scholars have pointed to the dark augury having to do with “the last Pope.” The prophecy, taken from St. Malachy’s “Prophecy of the Popes,” is among a list of verses predicting each of the Roman Catholic popes from Pope Celestine II to the final pope, “Peter the Roman,” whose reign would end in the destruction of Rome. First published in 1595, the prophecies were attributed to St. Malachy by a Benedictine historian named Arnold de Wyon, who recorded them in his book, Lignum Vitæ. Tradition holds that Malachy had been called to Rome by Pope Innocent II, and while there, he experienced the vision of the future popes, including the last one, which he wrote down in a series of cryptic phrases. According to the prophecy, the next pope (following Benedict XVI) is to be the final pontiff, Petrus Romanus or Peter the Roman. The idea by some Catholics that the next pope on St. Malachy’s list heralds the beginning of “great apostasy” followed by “great tribulation” sets the stage for the imminent unfolding of apocalyptic events, something many non-Catholics would agree with. This would give rise to a false prophet, who according to the book of Revelation leads the world’s religious communities into embracing a political leader known as Antichrist. In recent history, several Catholic priests–some deceased now–have been surprisingly outspoken on what they have seen as this inevitable danger rising from within the ranks of Catholicism as a result of secret satanic “Illuminati-Masonic” influences. These priests claim secret knowledge of an multinational power elite and occult hierarchy operating behind supranatural and global political machinations. Among this secret society are sinister false Catholic infiltrators who understand that, as the Roman Catholic Church represents one-sixth of the world’s population and over half of all Christians, it is indispensable for controlling future global elements in matters of church and state and the fulfillment of a diabolical plan they call “Alta Vendita,” which is set to assume control of the papacy and to help the False Prophet deceive the world’s faithful (including Catholics) into worshipping Antichrist. As stated by Dr. Michael Lake on the front cover, Catholic and evangelical scholars have dreaded this moment for centuries. Unfortunately, as readers will learn, time for avoiding Peter the Roman just ran out.

This guy is a knucklehead, but this is interesting.

So i’m not convinced that this is anything. I took the time to watch a walk though of the St Paul’s Basilica, and there isn’t 1 more spot left like the video you linked, but like 5 more spots left.

Fast forward to 5:51, the blank portrait spots continue around the corner. So no, not buying it.

Pierbattista Pizzaballa is another candidate that nobody mentions and nobody looks. He is 59 years old notice that age. Pizzaballa is the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem. He has experience in the Holy Land and has done religious dialog in the region. Given the situation in the Holy Land Pizzaballa becoming Pope could mix things up.

My question…Why does there need to BE a Pope in this day & age?!

I couched the names between Progressives and Traditionalists, this is an error of category. There are three groups in the Roman Church. 1) Progressives 2) Conservatives and 3) Traditionalists. The conservatives are the biggest group in the Roman Church. In the past, what unified conservatives and traditionalists was the fact that they had a kind of papolatry, known in the 19th century as ultramontanism. The church reacted against modernity, and viewed it as a rebellion against God. Ultramontanism was a reaction in the Roman Church against Protestantism and then the enlightenment. With the Second Vatican Council, papolatry and ultramontanism ceases to be anti-modernity. Vatican II embraces modernity and that’s really what leaves conservatives and traditionalists confused. Now the Pope embraces modernity and this completely threw them off.

That was the capital sin of the Second Vatican Council, to reject scholasticism, reject medieval and modern scholasticism. Reject all that doctrinal heritage accumulated during the Middle Ages. In the Middle Ages the Roman Church establishes all it’s institutions. There you will find the Gregorian reforms. There you will find the evangelization of Europe, carried out by the Benedictine monasteries. There you have a preservation of culture. There you have the universities. This will later take the Spanish monarchy to America. All of these great institutions of the Catholic church were configured in the Middle Ages. The Council of Trent in 1545 - 1563, what that does is put all those medieval institutions and codifies them. Is an error that I hear very often, that the Tridentine Mass was invented during the Council of Trent. We would have to go back to Saint Gregory the Great in the 7th century and even he didn’t invent it. We would have to go back even to Pope Saint Damasuss I, born in Spain in the 4th century. This was not invented in my opinion, is more a transmission that was passed generation after generation.

In the 16th century from 1586 to 1593 a Jesuit ─ in a time when they were Roman Catholics ─ a fellow by the name of Saint Robert Bellarmine, has a series of controversies with Protestant theologians and from there, his famous work will come out, which is titled Controversies of the Christian Faith against the Heretics of this Age. Is not a very well known work, but the book was cited a lot by Saint Francis of Sales, who claimed that he had converted many Calvinists thanks to the Controversies of Saint Robert Bellarmine. He provided him with a whole arsenal of formation and arguments to conceptually dismantle all the edifice of lies in Calvinism. Many of them were converted thanks to that book.

The Protestant theologians who like Luther and since Luther, accuse the pope of being the antichrist and the Roman Church of being the Babylonian whore; well Saint Robert Bellarmine leaves them speechless and without arguments, when he simply tells them that the pope can’t be the antichrist, because as long the Roman empire survives, the antichrist will not manifest. He uses the Greek word “katechon” which means that which withholds. Bellarmine says that the Roman empire is the katechon, the obstacle that prevents the manifestation of the “anomos”, anomie, man without law, the disorder, the apostasy. Many of the protestant theologians were left without argument and Bellarmine tells them you have Protestant electors to the Holy Roman Empire. You have Protestant electors to the Holy Roman Germanic Empire that bears the name, King of Romans. Now… it doesn’t make sense that the emperor is Protestant, because if is the Holy Roman Empire and people are apostates and renounce Rome then it doesn’t fit.

This idea was kind of difficult to refute because this conviction of the interpretation of katechon in the Second Letter to Thessalonians from Saint Paul, as the incarnation of the order, of the natural law, of the natural right, Roman law, etc. All of this was very clear, there cannot be antichrist, he cannot manifest itself, as the man of perdition, the anomos, while the Roman Empire remains standing. That was in the 16th century.

In my opinion the manifestation of the antichrist is a process. No doubt the schism was a massive event. In the West, I think, is in the 19th century where the katechon, that obstacle which prevents the manifestation of the antichrist, will begin to be undermined, and will begin to be massively demolished. Is true we had the peace of Westphalia in 1648 at the end of the Thirty Years War. Protestantism has blown up Christianity. Protestantism has broken Western Christianity, but even then the Roman Empire has not disappeared. That was the time of Saint Robert Bellarmine so it was still standing, little he knew we were going to have a mass, imposed in a completely tyrannical way, via authoritarian papal legal positivism. The Novus Ordo Missae departs in an impressive way, from the theology that was codified in the Council of Trent, which codifies the rite, because it raises insurmountable walls, so that they are not assaulted by Protestant heresy.

In my opinion, the Napoleonic wars were key. Napoleon wanted to institutionalize his power and establish a dynasty. Every place he conquered, he started putting his family to establish a dynastic empire. For example, Joseph Bonaparte was named king of Spain. Napoleon wanted to be the new Charlemagne and consolidates the French Revolution and was able to export it through Europe. The Napoleonic code of 1804 had some elements of Roman law, but were reinterpreted and twisted by the political law that arise during the French Revolution. Montesquieu with his artificial separation of powers, which is the secularization of the counterbalance of the powers that existed during medieval Christianity. The myth of the noble savage of Rousseau. The social contract where Rousseau theorizes the Leviathan of Thomas Hobbes. Mr. Hobbes reasoning was that of a full blown atheist and materialist. In 1804 the year when the Napoleonic code was formulated, is the same year Napoleon tells pope Pius VII that he wants to be crowned emperor in Paris. The next year in 1805 Napoleon is going to sweep away an Austrian coalition in the Battle of Austerlitz. Very important battle and after he signs the Peace of Pressburg which demands the disappearance of the Holy Roman Empire. Is Napoleon who cuts the head of the Holy Roman Empire. What Napoleon is saying there “I’m the continuation of the Holy Roman Empire.”

In my opinion, that’s crucial because is no coincidence that after the implementation of the Napoleonic code, you see the rise of liberalism in the 19th century. The founding principle is the negation of divine sovereignty, of the sovereignty of God, the sovereignty of the law of God, etc. All of that cosmology is substituted by popular sovereignty, popular will, by the social contract. All the ideas were transmitted rather quickly to Hispanic America, people were reading all this nonsense written by Freemasons and wannabe God Emperors.

My point is, that for a traditional Roman Catholic 1) the antichrist or antichrists is a process 2) As long there is a Roman Empire there can’t be an antichrist. He can’t manifest. Roman Empire is not referring to an historical, political, or administrative structure. Roman Empire in regards to incarnation, in regards to materialization of the principle of authority, and the principle of right, of authoritas and of ius, of justice. Rights are the pursue of that which is just, that was the Roman law. When the empire officially converted to Christianity the church was going to completely assume the legal administrative organization of the empire. This is why is going to be organized in dioceses like the Roman Empire was organized at a civil level. When the Western empire collapsed in the year 476, and Odoacer tears the imperial insignias from Romulus Augustus and sends it to Constantinople, the church maintains the legal administrative Roman structure. Is the only institution that the Barbarians are going to respect, and the reason the church was able to evangelize those barbarian peoples and convert them.

In my opinion, this is the very reason why the Roman Church has been infiltrated by Freemasons and the babies of the French Revolution. They want to see it burned down to the ground. Everybody is taking shots at the Roman Catholics. Freemasons, Protestants, Atheists, Islam, Jews, etc. When the Roman Church goes down, you all go down and that includes the Orthodox brothers, who are getting killed left to right in the middle east and none of you are saying anything. We are not abandoning this ship, there are plenty of traditionalist in the Roman Church, particularly and specifically in Hispanic America. The very place the Barbarians went out of their way to balkanize and make everybody retarded. Not happening! hold on to the badly interpreted prophecies for some other time.

The big prophecy says “Black Pope” and the last one I think.
Black pope could be the African or another Jesuit possibly of any color.

that should narrow it down.

My vote on the horserace is it will be the black man from Africa. That is the last area where church membership is strong and growing.

Literally, Good God. Why is pope even necessary anymore. You don’t need the Federal Reserve and you don’t need the grand PooBa controlling what you think about the Bible and about God. The Bible is a great story to ready and fully appreciate and if you put the pieces together you realize it is about you and Him. The saddest part of all of this is the desecration of the frequencies transmitted int the Cathedrals that was a healing mechanism to all. He did not make us signurant so to be so ready to come before us, He is providing a generalgional aqua… You brought the people together once a week in a cathedral to heal the people.

How hard is that to understand

ON EDIT: I love how the Giza AI changes what you write to make it fit the narrative. I don’t usually make these kind of “obscure statements”. Think about that, given “the narrative”. HEH.

I don’t think the Roman Catholics view their church as a new age healing crystal, is more complex than that. Why a Pope? Why a Patriarch of Moscow? Why a Trump? Why John Hagee from Texas?

Pope Francis just passed away.
