This was posted on Max Igan’s site a short time ago as an emergency alert. The intent of the treaty and its agreement and signatures by all nations on March 1st, 2022 and to be fully implemented by 2024.
It is perhaps one of the many reasons for the reprieve of covid measures, a war, bank account seizures, arrests and anything else to distract from this upcoming ‘treaty’ .
Of course it’s a reprieve of covid measures. All those voluntary are done. Got to get others now.

Yes, this is why Max posted it as an emergency. It allows the WHO and globalists to use all methods which we have been witnessing, to lasso everyone and dictate every aspect of what’s left of our lives.
