Notice how they keep wanting “Vegan” as their first choice, totally ignoring the fact that real Vegans don’t even eat honey, eggs, or dairy products, which used to be considered a primary source of protein for many old-fashioned vegetairans. You really see this in recent “healthy” cookbooks with honey being replaced by sugar, yeah right…(I am not a vegetarian but my housemate mostly is-occasionaly she eats fish, but we eat a lot of eggs, dairy and some honey - she’s an athlete). Whole wheat used to also be considered part of a healthy vegetarian diet, and next?
