Unfortunately this insanity has been under development for a number of years under the moniker of natural assets.

Municipalities in Canada are currently inventorying and placing monetary values on their natural assets. Here is a recent example from West Vancouver …Our forests, waterways, foreshore and parks provide services worth as much as $3.2 billion.

It seems to me that the ultimate goal of the “elites” is that we will own nothing and literally pay for everything including the air we breath, perhaps by deductions off of GBI payments.

Bingo, that’s what technocracy is designed to implement, scientific allocation of the earth’s resources by a technological savvy group working for the old original families we don’t hear or see in the news. The technocrats’ job is preservation of the monarchical rule system in place centuries ago before the slaves that were turned into peasants and serfs rebelled. Now that the “rulers” are fewer and the masses are in the billions and getting wiser to ours and their history, a culling and totalitarian government is needed to preserve the old status quo.
There’s just too many humans to keep in their place and still live the “Royal Life”.

Pretty soon their minions will realise they are building their own prisons - they will not be flying private or sitting at the high table, they are dispensable useful idiots.

Pretty sure the Africans are waking up to all of this and are rejecting it outright, as are the BRICS block. Hopefully that continues!
