I listened to this and I could really relate to the insurance industry part of it, time stamped 1:19. I was an office manager for nine years for an out patient behavioral health private company. There were thirteen providers ranging from Psychologists (PsyD to masters level grandfathered in) to LCSWs and LPCs. That was ten years a go and it feels like another lifetime.
I’ve had many personal experiences with people close to me who’ve experienced psychotic episodes and needless to say these people are no longer living on my timeline. With that being said, it’s no wonder why, I am so interested and intrigued in this topic.
Thanks for the post, I have this booked marked to listen again because you never know what those negative identities might be up to tomorrow
