Your AI Wishes Will Come True

As long as the blue wave continues into the 2028 Presidency and elect a democrat president.

Blue-wave midterms / divided government is bullish for further extension of the AI market.
It delays a meaningful federal AI regulation bill.
Heavy regulation only arrives under a Democratic presidency, after which the AI bubble bursts and a recession hits in 2029.

Then most of you will be already aligned with the Progressive Agenda Progressives Sanders, Ocasio-Cortez) have pushed temporary moratoriums on new AI data centers or stronger pauses.

The AI is going to eat us was brilliant. democrats on behalf of the deep state?

What do you expect from a population where the majority of voters have an IQ under a 100 and are wet sponges who devour the news independent of critical thinking?

Fear drives victories.

Democrats are running on increasingly treated AI risks and Big Tech accountability as a winning issue

Democrats will be the "regulator” and the average Republicans were the “booster/accelerator,”

Texas, Ohio (both senator and governor race), Georgia race were all won by democrats who ran on the fear trade, kill switch for AI and Data centers. You Won!!!

33 referendums across 10 to 13 states approved restrictions, bans, or curbs on data centers. Ohio led with ~18–21 measures (many passing outright bans or limits). Other states with measures included Illinois, Maine, Wisconsin, Kansas, Michigan, Florida, and others. These were pure single-issue votes on the physical infrastructure of AI.

National Polling says AI and data centers were a “crucial or major factor” for a majority of voters in congressional races. Not abortion, not religion, but the fear of AI killing us.

Given the total split and likely grid lock minus Trump going scorched earth against democrats and democrats returning the favor against Trump, that delays the crash of the AI Bubble. Federal bill delay under divided government.

The sum total of more than a 100 years worth of analysis on the science of market proves that NEWS is already priced in. Most get it wrong. Too much CNBC telling you what the market did and which news was the casual factor that caused the market reaction. Bad Physics! Bad Economics. Bad Science!! Forget American IQ tests. You’re a 2D thinker or a 3D thinker.

The market correction has been sniffing out the election results before the public knew the results. 2026 was always scheduled to be a change of regime. Now it’s etched into the history books.

Gold and silver bugs, and oil squeeze pundits all got it wrong. As usual, the public was buying at tops. However soon as the market correction is over, ups and downs likely into 2027, they will come back just like stocks. Markets down, Gold down. That’s an easy analysis. We have records back to the stone age on these correlations.

Those of you who read scott Adams. I mean really read him. Just not casual readers. You took inventory of his techniques applied to predict the future. Noted which techniques had success which ones didn’t. took notes on identifying persuasion, good use of it. Who is good at it. What is bad persuasion are aware that his forecasting techniques relied on the 1st thing in the matrix. That which shows up first will continue. And actually, that is reminiscent of Mandelbroth. Fractals. It’s a technique that people use to forecast other things. It’s not fool proof, but it is information worth monitoring as entire year forecasts have been successful better than chance using this method. Like I said, it’s not perfect and should not be used in isolation of other pieces of data.

What did the market do once election totals came in?

It had a monster rally last night. Thus if we play the game, what’s the market sniffing out? It’s not what most think.

We’re not out of the woods once this 391 year cycle hits this week. Despite AI stocks being crushed, all the indexes have been holding up and stuck in a range since July.

Trump has lost both the House and Senate. For market watchers, two Republican precedents deserve attention:

Now, it feels like 1954 and 2006

That takes us back 72 years and 20 years.

In 1954, Eisenhower’s Republicans lost both chambers. The economy was recovering from recession, and US equities delivered a total return of approximately 31.6% in 1955.

In 2006, George W. Bush’s Republicans also lost both chambers. Stocks continued higher into 2007 before the financial crisis unfolded.

The same political outcome. Very different economic trajectories.

There is also a 144-year echo with 1882, when Republican President Chester Arthur’s party lost the House. However, Republicans retained Senate control—a significant difference from 2026.

These are historical timing relationships worth investigating. Establishing a predictive cycle requires more than matching anniversaries.

The broader four-year presidential cycle adds another dimension: since 1950, the S&P 500 has been higher 12 months after every midterm election through 2022.

Could that tendency support markets into 2027, even as longer-term risks build?

The 2006 precedent reminds us that a post-midterm rally and a subsequent major reversal can belong to the same sequence.

The question now: are we closer to a 1954-style recovery or a 2006-style late-cycle expansion?

Yep, fear sales and easily controls. Worked for the COVID caper. Utilize and capitalize on a dash of latent sadism, narcissism, Machiavellianism and psychopathy, presto bingo ya get a nice case of Psychopathic Authoritarianism….
