It’s getting more 1984ish every day.
I think we have the same policy in the US per Bush’s requirement regarding the invasion of the Middle East, “You’re either with us or agin (that’s Texas cowboy talk) us.”

The idea that there’s a “Ukrainian government” at the moment, giving any orders, is ludicrous on its face. It’s tragic to see Europe slide back into fascist habits. So much for granting people their “human rights” and political asylum… But, after all, the EU is little more than the Third Reich 2.0. Only this time, it seems like the headquarters is on the other side of the Atlantic.
